- Este proceso excepcional de cierre implica la realización de UN EXAMEN FINAL ORAL (sin parte escrita), que tendrá una estructura similar a nuestros exámenes orales finales tradicionales (producción e interacción oral en parejas), pero más extendido e incorporando además alguna tarea de comprensión.
- Este examen oral especial se realizará el día 17 de julio, a través de Clase Virtual de U-Cursos (Zoom, con cámara prendida).
- La duración estimada es de 15-20 minutos por pareja.
- Para rendir esta evaluación deben tener la cámara prendida en la sesión de evaluación en Zoom (sin cámara prendida, no se puede rendir el examen) y que deben conectarse, idealmente, desde un computador / notebook con una conexión a internet estable y en un lugar tranquilo. Si algún/a estudiante tiene problemas en este sentido, es importante que me avisen lo antes posible (dentro de esta semana) para que podamos gestionar alguna alternativa o solución.
- Con respecto a las ponderaciones, la nueva distribución de ponderaciones sería: un 20% de la nota final cada una de esas dos evaluaciones anteriores y un 60% el examen final. En aquellos casos en que hay 3 calificaciones, la propuesta es eliminar la peor nota de cada estudiante (quienes no rindieron su Oral presentation conservan sus dos notas)

¡INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE!
Se informa que por acuerdo entre la Facultad de Artes y Programa de Inglés Transversal, los cursos de inglés podrán cerrar este 1er semestre de manera online, dado que este es un programa transversal a diferentes facultades de la Universidad y han seguido ofreciendo sus clases de manera remota durante el periodo de paro/toma.
Este cierre extraordinario para los cursos de la Facultad de Artes se realizará mediante exámenes orales especiales realizados de manera remota a través de Zoom, entre el 17 y el 19 de julio, de manera que en la semana del 8 al 12 los/as estudiantes que quieran presentarse a los exámenes finales orales puedan asistir a clases remotas con sus docentes para reforzar aprendizajes clave de cada nivel y prepararse para el examen oral final.
Se realizará un proceso de eliminación desde mañana miércoles 3 de julio hasta el viernes 5 de julio, con resultados en lunes 8 de julio.
Esta medida es necesaria, dado el contexto en que nos encontramos, pero es necesario tomar en cuenta que la decisión de eliminar una asignatura puede significar atrasarse y por tanto tener consecuencias en el avance curricular de cada estudiante.
