Camila Mardones A. 13 Ago13 de Agosto a las 11:53 hrs.2024-08-13 11:53:13

Dear students,

Welcome to  English IV (A2+ -B1)! I'm thrilled to have you on board and excited to embark on this learning journey together. My name is Camila Mardones and I will be your teacher this semester.

In this course, we'll be exploring the use of English for networking and academic purposes. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where you can develop your skills, ask questions, and collaborate with your peers. Consider it more like a workshop than an expositive lecture, the idea is that you move around and talk to each of your classmates

All course materials, including readings and assignments, will be available on U-cursos, I will update it each week.

We will start our semester tomorrow (august 13th) at 8.30 in Sala 903-B (eight floor), Artes Compañia Building. On Friday we will meet at the same room and time. Please be as punctual as possible.

This week we will work on the following:

COURSE INTRODUCTION

⋅ Expected learning outcomes, syllabus and calendar, attendance policy, assessment, U-Cursos, etc.

⋅ Review of classroom language.

⋅ Review of previous levels.
