For today's lesson (August 29th.)
(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 3' can be found in the 'Material Docente' section.
For our next lesson (August 31st.)
(1) We will be working on our first lesson which will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates, Dad Jokes, etc.)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles), 'What the Bilingual Brain Can Teach Us About Code-Switching', https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W48ORvJ7uqM
(2) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions:
(2.1.1) Can you tell us how did you learn English when you were younger? And how did you learn Spanish?
(2.1.2) What is code-switching? [Explain in your own words]
(2.1.3) Have you ever experienced code-switching [English-Spanish]? Under what circumstances?
(2.2) With the information provided by the video, comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
(3) We will be working on our 'Blog Entries' activity, i.e., we will be working with the blog's format, its creation and activities. Also, we will work on our 1st Blog Entry.
