Dear Students,

For today's lesson (September 5th.)

(1) The 'Lesson 5' PPT file can be found in the 'Material Docente' section.

(2) Our 1st Blog entry is meant to be delivered next Sept. 7th.

For our next lesson (September 7th.)

(1) We will be working on our first lesson which will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates, Dad Jokes, etc.)

(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles),

What is a Clinical Biochemist?’, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4u2EdXvnvo

(2) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions:

(2.1.1) (00:05) What is Chemical Pathology (Clinical Biochemistry)?
(2.1.2) (00:48) Why is Chemical Pathology important?
(2.1.3) With the information provided by the video, comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.

In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me back,

Best Regards
