Dear Students,

For our lesson for today (September 30th.)

(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 5' can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section

(2) Our first continuous evaluation material [E-mail 1] has been uploaded in the 'material docente' section, more specifically in the '04: Week 4 Lessons Material' sub-section. This material is composed of three items:

(2.1) The Rubric,
(2.2) The Practice Material [which we already worked with in the last lesson] and
(2.3) The Evaluation [which you need to upload to 'tareas', Continuous Assessment 1, e-mail 1 (7,5%)]

(3) The audiovisual material [capsule] for this lesson has been already uploaded and it can be found in the 'Clase Virtual' section.

For our next lesson (October 5th.)

(1) We will be working on our lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates)

(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles),

‘The COOLey lab – Trinity University’, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBu_bKhVEkc

(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions:

(2.1.1) How would you describe this 'COOLey Lab' project? Which projects [which students are working with] do you think are the most interesting?

(2.1.2) With the information provided by the video, comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.

Any questions you may have, either in English or Spanish, please feel free to write back.

Best Regards
