Dear Students,

For our lesson for today (October 14th.)

(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 8' can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section

(2) Our evaluation material for the Oral Layout evaluation has been uploaded in the 'material docente' section, more specifically in the '05: Week 5 Lessons Material' sub-section. This material is composed of two items:

(2.1) The Rubric,
(2.2) The Instructions.

You will have this 'Oral Layout' presentation [2 minutes] done in class next Nov. 11th. So please be prepared. If you have any questions while getting your presentation ready, please let me know.

(3) Our evaluation material for the E-mail 1 evaluation is already uploaded in the 'material docente' section, more specifically on the '04: Week 4 Lessons Material'. You need to upload it by October 21st.

For our next lesson (October 19th.)

(1) We will be working on our lesson which will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates)

(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles),

 ‘Growing Tomatoes Digitally’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTNYv61UTGQ

(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions:
(2.1.1) What benefits could this digitally controlled methodology of growth bring to people's nutrition?
(2.1.2) With the information provided by the video, comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.

Any questions you may have, either in English or Spanish, please feel free to write back.

Best Regards
