Dear all,

In today's online session, we first reviewed the content from the previous class, focusing on comparing the educational systems of the US, UK, and Chile. We revisited formulas for making detailed comparisons, using adverbs and transition phrases useful for this purpose. We then worked individually on written discourse, using the chat feature on the platform for interaction.

Afterwards, we completed a brief exercise filling in sentences with irregular comparatives and superlatives. Following that, we watched a listening segment on contemporary educational problems and engaged in an integrative activity combining listening comprehension and speaking. This allowed us to practice making comparisons and expressing our opinions on improvements we would like to see in the educational system.

We concluded by reminding everyone to stay updated on any new communications regarding the ongoing strike.
