Dear Students,
For our lesson for today (June 18th)
(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 14' can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section.

For our next lessons (June 22nd)
(1) We will be working on our first synchronous lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part) and (b) Communicative (video debates)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains Eng. Subtitles), "Immigration Policy Explainer"

(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions
(2.1.1) What's your own view on former president Trump's immigration policies? Do you agree or disagree with Matthew Right's (the academic that talks in the video) analysis?
(2.2.2) With the information provided by the video comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
(3) Some important news for you,
(3.1) The seventh (7th) blog entry is already uploaded. It is meant to be handed in on June 25th
(3.2) Our next evaluation: "Continuous Assessment 3: Webquest 1" is already uploaded in the 'tareas' section. If you have not uploaded it yet, you can do it until the week of July with a top grade of 6.0
(3.3) The next evaluation: "Continuous Assessment 2: Listening Activity 2" is already available. It ends today at 23:59
(3.4) Our last two sessions will be held next July 6th and 9th
(3.5) Our Final Oral Exam Rehearsal will be held next July 16th
