Dear Students,
For our lesson for today (June 25th)
(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 14' can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section.
(2) The link for our lesson recording can be found in the ‘Clase Virtual’ section. You just click on the play icon to watch it
For our next lessons (June 29th)
(1) We will be working on our first synchronous lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part) and (b) Communicative (video debates)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains Eng. Subtitles), ‘Studying the Master of Public Administration at The Melbourne School of Government’
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeoyvsjCnq4
(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions
(2.1.1) Would you like to take this Masters Program in a near future? Why? Why not? What are some of the characteristics of this program that calls your attention?
(2.2.2) With the information provided by the video comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
(3) Some important news for you,
(3.1) The seventh (7th) blog entry is already uploaded. It is meant to be handed in on June 25th
(3.1.1) The eighth (8th) blog entry is already published. it is meant to be handed in on July 2nd
(3.2) "Continuous Assessment 3: Webquest 1" is already uploaded in the 'tareas' section. If you have not uploaded it yet, you can do it until the week of July with a top grade of 6.0
(3.3) Continuous Assessment 4: Webquest 2" is already uploaded in the "tareas" section. It is meant to be delivered next July 26th
(3.4) Our last two sessions will be held next July 6th and 9th
(3.5) Our Final Oral Exam Rehearsal will be held next July 16th
(3.6) Students must reach a conclusion regarding the date our Final Written test is going to take place, so, we will wait for that
In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me back,
Best Regards
