Dear Students,
For our lesson for today (June 29th)
(1) The PPT file for 'Lesson 15' can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section.
(2) The link for our lesson recording can be found in the ‘Clase Virtual’ section. You just click on the play icon to watch it
For our next lessons (July 2nd)
(1) We will be working on our first synchronous lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part) and (b) Communicative (video debates)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains Eng. Subtitles), ‘The Politics of Science'

(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions
(2.1.1) How would you define the Politics of Science? Do you agree/disagree with Professor Liz Suhay's definition? Tell us why/why not
(2.2.2) With the information provided by the video comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
(3) Some important news for you,
(3.1) The eighth (8th) blog entry is already published. It is meant to be handed in on July 2nd
(3.2) "Continuous Assessment 3: Webquest 1" is already uploaded in the 'tareas' section. If you have not uploaded it yet, you can do it until the week of July with a top grade of 6.0
(3.3) Continuous Assessment 4: Webquest 2" is already uploaded in the "tareas" section. It is meant to be delivered next July 26th (Questions 10, 11 and 12 please do not answer them!)
(3.4) Our last two sessions will be held next July 6th and 9th
(3.5) Our Final Oral Exam Rehearsal will be held next July 16th
(3.6) Our Final Written test will take place next July 14th, 15th and 16th
