2025 Aspire Leaders Program Applications Now Open! 

The Aspire Institute welcomes you to join the Aspire Leaders Program (ALP) a free 9-week online interactive leadership development journey. 

 Key Highlights          

• Global networking and community-building.
• 3-5 hours/week commitment.
• Career development resources to help you in your academic or professional lives.
• Masterclasses led by Harvard and world-class educators.
• Badges and certificates of completion.
• Leadership course designed and delivered by Harvard faculty.
• Opportunities for seed funds, academic grants, and mentoring after graduation of all three modules.

 Eligibility Requirements

• 18-29 years old.
• First-generation to go to college, meaning neither of your parents completed a bachelor’s level degree.
• Low-income background.
• Currently enrolled in college or university or recently graduated (within the last three years) and not enrolled in a graduate program.
