** Update on percentage weighting**

As you were already informed today, the new percentage weighting has been redistributed to the following order:

1. Writing Quiz 1: 15%
2. Video Talk: 15%
3. Final Oral Test: 30%
4. Final Written Test: 40%

** End of Update**

Dear Students,

As your Faculty and the UCh English Program have agreed upon, I have some important updates to share with you concerning our 1st Semester Ending process, and these can be summarized as follows:

1. Our SUFI tests (Final Exams) attendance requirement has been removed. Therefore, there is no 75% attendance requirement.

2. Next Week (July 2nd - July 4th), we will have our final lessons (as already told in a previous announcement) and no evaluations. These lessons will consist of both SUFI evaluation preparations and general review activities

2.1 Therefore, next week's lessons will change their format; we will go back to the face-to-face format (presencialidad)

3. Our semester dates will remain the same, meaning that our final exams (SUFI Written and Oral) will stay on the exact dates: July 9th and 11th.

3.1 This calendar has been defined considering your semester's end at FACSO. It would be better if we finish our semester, and then you will have plenty of time (ideally speaking) to concentrate on your specialization subjects (Sociology, Psychology, Education, etc.)

4. Concerning our pending evaluations, these will not be considered (Speaking Test, Listening 2, Writing 2). We will remain with our two assessments, i.e., Writing Quiz 1 and Video Talk.

If you have any questions or comments, please write back
Best Regards
