Dear Students,

I hope you're doing well! Last week, we resumed our learning activities after the Fiestas Patrias break. We began by reviewing the pending homework that was completed independently during the class suspension. After providing feedback and going over these exercises, we moved on to writing-related matters with a series of group and individual activities.

We focused on the structure and organization of an academic essay, in preparation for the upcoming assessment. As part of this, we worked on a class research project and group presentation activity exploring different techniques and strategies for essay writing, used in universities like Duke and Harvard.

We agreed that at the start of our next session, we will briefly revisit this topic before moving forward with writing the essay, which is part of your course evaluations.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Best regards,
JM
