As you already know, and at your Faculty's request (and because of this weather emergency) we will have a Synchronous lesson by tomorrow. This situation contemplates that we will have our next lesson under an 'online' format, which means exactly that,
(1) We will be having this next lesson, starting at 8:30 am and finishing at 10:10 am
(1.1) Attendance will not be compulsory
(2) 15 minutes before the synchronous (online) lesson starts, please log to ‘u-cursos’ ('Clase Virtual' section) and connect to the lesson from there
(3) Once this lesson is finished, I will be uploading 2 items to this platform,
(3.1) The teaching material (PPT file and an audio file), if required, and
(3.2) An audiovisual capsule which will comprise everything we did in this lesson. This video link will be attached to the 'Clase Virtual' section, in other words, the audio-visual lesson archive will be saved on ‘u-cursos’ for you to access anytime you want

My name is René Larenas Moyano, and I will be this semester’s English '2' teacher. I would like to tell you that you are very welcome to this course that will (hopefully) begin today, Monday, August 14th, from 5:40 p.m. until 7:20 p.m., in Room 9.
Now I will explain what is coming for us this semester,
(1) We will be having #2 lessons each week
Mondays, Room 9 (5:40 pm - 7:20 pm) and Thursdays, Classroom 01A (8:30 am - 10:10 am)
(2) For today Monday (August 14th) the very first lesson will be dealing with administrative issues, while the second (August 17th) onwards, will be focused on developing productive linguistic abilities (i.e. Speaking and Writing)
(2.1) Administrative Issues means; (2.1.1) Evaluations, (2.1.2) Evaluation dates, (2.1.3) Rubric criteria, (2.1.4) Rules and Regulations, (2.1.5) Lesson Format and Teaching Methodology
(3) I beg you to please come to every single lesson you can and try to be on time [be as punctual as you can]
